Your camera, microphone and videos
The camera picture, the sound and the takes you record are processed on your own device. They are never uploaded to our servers. A take leaves your device only when you save or share it yourself.
What we keep
- Your email address, to sign you in with a code.
- Your scripts (title and text), so they appear on all your devices. Deleting a script erases it from the database at once; copies in our nightly backups age out within 14 days.
- Sign-in records: when a code was asked for, and the browser of each signed-in device, to keep your account safe.
The remote control only passes button presses between your own signed-in devices. Nothing it sends is stored.
Mosungi, the AI assistant
When you ask Mosungi for help, the script and notes you are working on are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, only to write the answer you asked for. Anthropic does not use them to train its models. We keep a count of assists and their cost, not the text.
Payments
Paid plans are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers. We keep only what is needed to know your plan: a Stripe customer number, the plan, its status and its renewal date.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, show advertising, or read your scripts except to fix a problem you report to us. Your scripts are not used to train any AI model.
Where it is kept
On CBNEXT servers in Texas, United States. A backup of the database is made every night and kept for 14 days.
Your choices
Write to info@dmact.org to get a copy of your data or to close your account and erase it. We answer within 30 days.

La caméra, le son et vos prises restent sur votre appareil et ne sont jamais envoyés à nos serveurs. Nous gardons votre adresse e-mail pour la connexion et vos textes pour les retrouver sur tous vos appareils. Quand vous demandez de l'aide à Mosungi, le texte concerné est envoyé à Anthropic (le modèle Claude) uniquement pour répondre, sans servir à entraîner une IA.
