Terms of use

Mosungi Tally Prompter is a product of CBNEXT, Texas, United States. Last updated October 12, 2026.

1. The service

Mosungi is a teleprompter that runs in your browser, with recording on your own device, a remote between your own devices, scripts saved to your account, and Mosungi, an AI script assistant. We may improve, change or retire features. If we remove something you pay for, we tell you first and you can cancel.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if it is higher.

3. Your content

Your scripts and recordings are yours. We store scripts only to show them on your devices and to your Studio team when you share them. Recordings stay on your device. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you. Do not use Mosungi for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to impersonate a person or an organisation.

4. Mosungi, the AI assistant

Mosungi suggests text. It can be wrong. Read every suggestion before you use it, and check facts, names, dates and figures yourself, especially for health, legal, money and immigration matters. Your script and notes are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to produce the answer you asked for, and are not used to train AI models. Each plan includes a monthly number of assists; unused assists do not carry over.

5. Plans and payment

6. Studio

The Studio owner pays for up to 3 people and can add or remove members. Members share the assists and the scripts the team shares. When someone leaves or the Studio ends, scripts stay with the person who wrote them.

7. Availability and limits

We work to keep Mosungi available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Mosungi is provided as is, and CBNEXT is not liable for indirect losses or for more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using Mosungi and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when that is reasonable.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without taking away rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.
